Among the several works in our church, some bear the signature of two important Salerno painters, Giuseppe and Pasquale Avallone. In this photo gallery you can see the Via Crucis (Stations of the Cross), created by the first of the two, in the early 20th century.
Unfortunately, the paintings show the signs of time and the unresolved humidity in our church. The sixth station’s painting was stolen years ago and is now replaced by a print.
